The Department of Neurology in Royal Bahrain Hospital has full time Consultants and is equipped with our own comprehensive stroke unit and Neurology ICU with state of the art facilities. We are specialized in acute stroke management including IV/IA thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy/ carotid endarterectomy for secondary stroke prevention/ carotid stenting.
