24-hour Holter & 24/7 Ambulatory BP Monitoring

Care Before the Procedure

  • Evaluation of intermittent arrhythmias
  • Syncope or dizziness assessment
  • BP variability and white-coat or masked hypertension detection

Care During the Procedure

  • Holter recorder attached to chest with electrodes
  • ABPM cuff inflates at intervals throughout the day
  • Data analyzed by specialized software

Care After the Procedure

  • Device removed after 24 hours
  • Avoid bathing during monitoring
  • Resume normal activity
